System 3 operates on a limited capacity model to ensure quality and performance. Installation slots are capped and subject to availability. Services are provided on a subscription basis with specific pricing and terms outlined during the consultation process.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not use the service for spam or unsolicited communications
  • Comply with email marketing best practices and regulations

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Services are billed according to the pricing structure agreed upon during consultation. Payment is required in advance for subscription periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing clients.

9. Limitation of Liability

System 3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may cancel your subscription according to the terms agreed upon during consultation.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
